These terms govern your use of the Majorwin website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Majorwin provides web design, branding, SEO, marketing, AI systems, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals or estimates accepted by the client.
Estimates and proposals are valid for the period stated in the document. Work begins after the estimate is approved and any required deposit is received. Changes to scope may require a revised estimate.
Payment terms are defined in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones or completion. Late payments may delay deliverables.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them. Majorwin retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, processes, and unused concepts. Source files may be delivered only if explicitly included in the agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, and access necessary to complete the project. Delays in client-provided materials may extend timelines.
Majorwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Bernardino or Riverside County.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
